Indian jewelry chain opens in Windy City

Chicago—Tanishq, a national jewelry-store chain in India, has opened its first U.S. store in a mall in the Chicago suburb of Schaumburg, Ill.

The store, located in the Woodfield Mall, will feature permanent and revolving collections of jewelry that change with the seasons. Its initial collections—Yoga, Spring and Lotus—will feature designs inspired by nature and philosophy.
